Manager Dashboard

Team stats, action items, alerts, pending assessments, and team growth overview for managers.

The Manager Dashboard is your home base for your team. It shows team-level stats, action items, alerts, pending assessments, and a snapshot of team growth so you can prioritize and follow up.

Team Stats

At the top of the Dashboard you’ll see summary cards for your direct reports (and optionally your full team hierarchy, depending on your tenant):

  • Team size — Number of direct reports (or team members in scope)
  • Pending assessments — Self-assessments or supervisor assessments awaiting action
  • Learning in progress — Assignments or roadmaps your team is working on
  • OKRs — Current quarter objectives and completion across the team
  • Open action items — 1:1 or assessment follow-ups that need attention

Tip: Click a stat card to jump to the related area (e.g. Assessments, Learning, OKRs).

Action Items

The Dashboard highlights action items that need your input:

  • Request or complete assessments — Request self-assessments from reports or submit your supervisor assessment
  • Review or comment on OKRs — Check-ins or comments needed on team members’ objectives
  • Follow up on learning — Assignments overdue or needing a nudge
  • 1:1 follow-ups — Action items from past 1:1 meetings

Work through this list regularly so nothing slips.

Alerts and Pending Assessments

Alerts surface time-sensitive or important items:

  • Pending self-assessments — Reports who haven’t submitted after you requested
  • Supervisor assessments due — Your assessments not yet submitted for the cycle
  • Overdue learning — Assignments past due date
  • OKRs without recent check-ins — Objectives that haven’t been updated

Use alerts to decide what to tackle first each week.

Team Growth Overview

A team growth section gives a high-level view of:

  • Skills coverage — How many team members have assessed key skills
  • Learning progress — Completions and in-progress roadmaps
  • Assessment cycle status — Who has submitted self-assessments and who hasn’t

This helps you see gaps and focus coaching or assignments.

How to Use the Dashboard

  1. Open ManagerDashboard from the main navigation.
  2. Review stats — Glance at team size, pending assessments, learning, and OKRs.
  3. Clear action items — Open each item and complete the requested action (e.g. submit assessment, comment on OKR).
  4. Check alerts — Address overdue or pending items before they pile up.
  5. Use team growth — Identify who needs assessment reminders or learning support.

Tip: Visit the Manager Dashboard at the start of the week to plan priorities and at the end to close loops (assessments, check-ins, 1:1 notes).
